Armani Madoshus has 15 years of experience in the fitness and physical therapy industry. Working with sports medicine doctors and physical therapists throughout his career, Armani's education and hands-on experience has provided him with the insight and expertise to work with a broad range of individuals including professional and college athletes, adults of all ages and fitness levels, and adolescents. Armani has become a sought after fitness professional in the Metrowest area in the last 10 years. He provides an insight and in-depth understanding of fitness and health that allows him to completely customize programs for each client. Master Personal Trainer, Sports Injury Specialist, Biomechanics Specialist, Core Conditioning Specialist, Speed & Agility Specialist, Functional Training Specialist, Massage Therapist, Muay Thai Fitness Instructor (Kickboxing), and Certified Fitness Nutrition
Rebekah first became active in the Fitness, Health & Wellness industry in the Metrowest area over 25 years ago. Though she took a break from training others to raise her 4 active children, exercise and wellness remained a central part of her life. Before long her passion to help other women develop healthy life skills and habits drove her back into the industry as a private personal trainer.
Rebekah has a wide range of instructor certifications. They run the gamut from being an AFAA certified personal trainer, a group exercise instructor, the holder of a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour Yoga Teachers certification, certified functional strength coach, a Spartan SGX coach, and 200 hr RYT.
She is also an active competitor in most of the disciplines she teaches. She is a 5 time Boston Marathon Qualifier and a passionate Spartan Obstacle Racer who consistently finishes in the top 3 of her division.
